Summary

Rock Rabbit is a VC-backed, seed-stage climate tech startup seeking an account executive to join our rapidly growing team. This is a crucial role that will have ownership over the entire customer journey, from prospecting through to ongoing relationship management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator with existing expertise in the residential building retrofit market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate potential new clients who can benefit from our solution
  • Conduct effective presentations and demos to showcase how the product can meet the potential clients' sustainability and business goals
  • Manage negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring that the terms meet both the client’s and the company's objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage renewals and long-term partnerships
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the industry, and understand the product’s features in depth to effectively communicate its value
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to relay customer feedback and help guide the product's ongoing development
  • Lead customer relationship management and support tools, systems and processes
